RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

7 days before event: you can cancel and receive a refund.

If your request is within 48 hours of your booked experience start time or if you no show – due to limited seating no refund will be given, and we will not reschedule you. Please remember that we will not be able to resell your ticket which is why we have this policy. 

Please note we are a small business and we only have about 20 tickets available, if you take up a ticket and then can't come on the day, we can't refund/ transfer you. We cannot keep running pub painting if people do this and then expect to come to the next one instead. Most of our events sell out and we stop selling tickets/advertising once we reach the maximum seating limit, so this effects us very negatively. Please support us to keep running these sessions by understanding this policy. Remember that it is not our fault if you can't attend, and please try to give your ticket to friends or family. If you were to book the cinema, theatre, or other experience it would work the same so please support us by showing your understanding and support.
